JP Park

The goal of this project was to convert a completely deteriorated lake bed in Bangalore into a regional city park. The designed landscape ensures that a fairly large part of the lake was rejuvenated by using a variety of native aquatic plants along the edge of the water body as well as densely wooded areas to attract a diverse set of birds, insects and small animals. Walking trails and a wide range of relaxing spaces provide a much needed open space relief to the people of North Bangalore.
