Grand Park, Kodhipparu

Located in the Maldives, Grand Park Kodhipparu is an island resort surrounded by the vast expanse of the Indian Ocean, with luxury beachfront pool villas, over water villas, dining decks for leisurely breaks and recreational spaces. We designed the landscape as a set of dramatic views visitors would experience as they walked between the various destinations on the island. Infinity pools in the villas and the pool bar allow guests to feel like they are swimming in the vast ocean they see all around them.
