K.S. Hegde Medical Academy

The existing hospital space for this project contained a fragmented set of building clusters for the various departments with individual entrances, and a large, central parking lot. Our designed landscape relocated the parking area to the periphery, creating a central arrival pavillion surrounded by climber covered trellises, water pools and a variety of planting and garden areas. This redesign augmented the existing medical practice of the space to create a more holistic experience of healing and rejuvenation. The redesign helped the image of the hospital become one that was warm and inviting.
