Prudential Paradise

Prudential Paradise is a housing project in Mapusa, Goa. The landscape links three linear apartment blocks through a series of terraces that leverage the steep slope of the site. The terraces comprise of a pool, congregation spaces, plazas and play areas. Lush tropical plants and moss covered walls create numerous relaxation spaces. The design implements contemporary explorations of traditional Goan architectural characteristics such as criss-crossing stairways, and Portuguese-influenced balusters.
